What a pleasant surprise! the hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. we were delighted to be upgraded to a luxury room at no extra cost, which was a great way to start our trip. Lastly, the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the town and its surroundings.

the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heatwave, but this is understandable given the scorching temperatures. the coffee at breakfast was not to our taste, but the espresso was excellent, so we stuck with that.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the historical museum and some restaurants. it is a short walk away from the Soca river, offering a beautiful view. The staff is super helpful and the WC is always clean. The hotel provides a variety of shower soap and shampoo which is a plus.

The soundproofing could use improvement, as guests could hear the church bells in the morning.
